Remarks: Millard County is best know for Cambrian trilobites and other Paleozoic fossils, but there are remnants of Oligocene limestones found in a few areas. These leaves are unusual in that they are 3 dementionally preserved and often wrap around the matrix.

Remarks: Oncolites of this algae typically form around trilobite, brachiopod and hyolithid fragments. Many small shell fragments can be seen in polished surface of this sample.
